As the VP of Marketing, I contributed to the transformation of Kentico, a globally successful Czech B2B technology company. We pivoted the business model from perpetual to subscription licensing, successfully repositioned the offering, and refined the messaging. Additionally, we secured the first growth investment in the company's 18-year history. Prior to my role at Kentico, I served as the Chief Growth Officer at Dataweps, where I led Sales and Marketing. I contributed to the growth in the Central European ecommerce market and the exit. Furthermore, I collaborate with the South Moravian Innovation Centre to foster innovation in my region.

I am a communicative, sociable, and extroverted person. I love networking. Often, I fill the room, but I also know how to step back and listen to others. I enjoy acquiring new knowledge, learning from others' successes and failures, and sharing my own experiences. Additionally, I like to utilize my organizational skills. According to Gallup CliftonStrengths, my Influencing talents are predominant - 6 in the top ten. According to Talent Dynamics, I am a Creator. I am a member of several groups for sharing experiences among managers and company leaders, or Alumni groups of various educational programs (for example, ATAIRU or the Czech-German Young Professionals Program).

Poetry slam in BrnoIn addition to consulting and business, since 2007, I have been involved in the slam poetry scene. I helped promote it with a group around Lenka Zogatová in the Fléda non-profit organization. For over 8 years, my friends and I have been organizing exhibitions and regional rounds in Brno.
Besides leading Slam Poetry Brno, z.s. (registered association), I also co-host many of our events. I enjoy public speaking in this form as well. |
